United is a fast growing pharmaceutical company, with a focus on the acquisition, development, manufacture and distribution of generic medicines.

Our team has established strong relationships with both our manufacturers and customers to ensure competitive prices and fully compliant products. As well as developing and maintaining our licences, United’s technical team ensure that we are fully compliant with all the relevant regulations relating to GMP, GDP, GCP and PV.

Our aim is to add value to the healthcare system by providing high quality affordable medicines.

All of United’s suppliers are fully accredited with the relevant health authorities and use state of the art manufacturing facilities and advanced testing equipment, to guarantee the quality of our products. United additionally carries out its own site audits of manufacturing plants and supervises suppliers’ procedures in order to ensure that the highest quality materials are used in our products.

Once a product gains regulatory approval and enters routine manufacturing, quality is guaranteed throughout the process, for both drug substances and drug products.

Patient safety is of paramount importance. All of United’smedicines undergo thorough safety monitoring and evaluation processes. Our pharmacovigilance function carries out the following roles:

  • Processing of ICSRs (Individual Case Safety Reports)
  • Reporting
  • Literature screening and review
  • Preparation and maintenance of Risk Management Plans (RMPs)
  • Preparation of PSURs (Periodic Safety Update Reports)
  • Signal Detection and evaluation
  • Preparation and maintenance of the pharmocovigilance

Our Regulatory Affairs team is responsible for the preparation, compilation, review and submission of regulatory documentation to health authorities, in support of new marketing authorisation applications and the maintenance of existing licences.

All of our products are stored in MHRA licensed warehousing which provide unrivalled levels of regulatory compliance together with the unique security standards associated with the storage of pharmaceutical products. We have an established track record and expertise to safely handle specialised pharmaceutical products by meeting strict regulatory and industry requirements. We ensure that our logistic solutions are tailored to our customer’s needs.
